<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="100%" border="0"><tbody><tr class="Blog_Title"><td align="left">面试归来</td><td align="right"></td></tr><tr><td class="blog_content" colspan="2"><hr class="blog_content_hr"/>这几天的最后一场面试了吧， 总是在拒与被拒之间选择， interview真是累， 不过也很有趣，可以见到不同风格的总经理，COO 之类的，有的很酷，有的故作沉静，不过看起来都比我强，所以才被人家面试；<br/><br/>10年了， 不能说飞黄腾达，得对自己的职业生涯有个小小的总结和交代吧！<br/>今天见的是金桥英资的多米诺， 做喷码设备的， 我以前在深圳的供应商，申请职位：物流经理。<br/><br/>前台的小姐似乎在上网，还在讨论西藏，我微笑－－－客人来了，也不倒杯茶，小小细节，不爽！<br/><br/>....省略号为等待。<br/><br/>看见我的简历是英文，于是看起来铁面严肃的面试官开始冗长而无趣的全英文面试：<br/><br/>【我们的英文看来都是水平较高的chn-english，能对付自如<img alt="" src="http://blog.guanshui.com/images/ubb/f1.gif"/>】<br/><br/>简短的自我介绍：<br/>单刀直入， 选取大概的问题吧：<br/><br/>Qo you know WGQ FTZ & WGQ Logistics Park?<br/>A:Sorry, i don't know exactly about bond zone.<br/><br/>Q:How about handbook clearance, any trouble met at customs? <br/>【确实是考人的题目, 第二个问题避免无休止的盘问，我一般会回答没有】<br/>A: Trouble solved will not be trouble again.<br/>And Handbook clearance is used for duty free or duty refund, we take some example to axplain all the steps.<br/><br/>然后，他开始举例，问我如果这样哪里会有漏洞， 强！<br/>Q:Since they are minus qty --- raw material lack after goods exported , how can you explain to customs that you can make products<br/>A: Oh, it is a complex question I guess, I will explain that --- we have safety stock for production , it sounds a reasonable explanation.【点头认可】<br/><br/>然后问了关于计划和售后服务的问题：<br/>Q: When you client found goods missing, e.g. said 10pcs , but only 9pcs receipted?! How will you handle such issue?!<br/>A: First check the maerial transaction record to find where the error aroused, normally, we are right!<br/>if it is really our mistakes, we will provide cusotmer FOC parts under sales' nod.<br/><br/>Q: Reversely, if extra qty. receipted by customer?<br/>A: Clients will return us the extra parts while we always consider they are honest.<br/><br/>有点烦； 问到SAP, 自然说我是高手,可惜他们准备上Oracle, 大同小异吧； <br/>问到planning, leat time, priority, team organization, company profile 都是我工作天天遇到的问题； <br/>问到库存的准确率，by value or by qty . maintained with high accuracy rate.<br/><br/>反正关于供应链管理【SCM】问了个够除了采购！！<br/>最后问到薪水期望值，上班时间等等。<br/><br/>此君神情冷峻，不表态。<br/><br/>最后我来问。<br/>本来索要名片， 已备回家写感谢信用； 结果此君说没了， 闷！<br/>结束！<br/><br/>寒！面试真是王八对绿豆的活， 辛苦准备，却被古怪刁钻。<br/>哪天写个面试的集子， 500强的也面过很多了吧， 虽然失败居多。<br/></td></tr></tbody></table>
